Registration for presenters is closed.

Registration for International presenters

 

Deadline: February 28, 2018

Please note the information below before registration:

 

1. Please register and pay independently. Group registration is NOT available.

 

2. All Presenters attending the conference must register and pay the registration fee before the early deadline     to  ensure inclusion in the ALLT Program.  If payment order is not received before the deadline, your

    presentation will   automatically be cancelled. 

3. The registraiton fee includes: conference book of abstracts, conference bag, name badge, 2 lunches (April 20-21),
     tea/coffe/snacks during the break(twice per day), and the conference proceeding*. 
   

*The proceeding is ONLY for presenters who present in 2018 ALLT, send full paper and pass the full paper review. The proceeding will be published in 2019.

4. Bank charges are at the expenses of the presenter. It is not included in the registration fees.  

5. We do not provide  visa assistance to other countries, accommodation and transportation

6. The registration fee is NOT refundable.

  • The telegraph transfer must clearly state the name of the conference, your name and your organization. Unidentified transfers will not be accpeted. 

 

  • There might be transaction fee charged by the bank. Extra charges are at the expenses of the presenters/participants. It is not included in the registration fees. 

 

  • Accepted currency: USD only! Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. 

 

  • Cheques are NOT accepted. 

  •  We do NOT provide credit card as a method of payment.

STEP 2/2. Confirmation
