Registration for LOCAL Participants (非發表者)

註冊前請先注意以下說明:

Please note the information below before registration:

 

1. 請以一人為單位付款註冊,不接受團體報名及付款
    Please register and pay independently. Group registration is NOT available.

2. 費用包含: 大會手冊、提袋、名牌、會議兩天午餐及茶點。

    The registraiton fee includes: conference book of abstracts, conference bag, name badge, 2 lunches (April 20-21),

     tea/coffe/snacks during the break(twice per day). 

3.  銀行轉帳及國內劃撥可能有手續費,煩請自行確認,手續費請報名者自行處理,手續費不包含在報名費內
     There might be transaction fee charged by the bank or post office. Extra charges are at the expenses of the  
     participants. It is not included in the registration fees.

4. 報名費付款方式不接受信用卡
    We do NOT provide credit card as a method of payment. 

 

5. 本會不提供國外簽證申請服務、住宿及交通服務
     We do not provide  visa assistance to other countries, accommodation and transportation. 

6. 報名費繳交後恕不退款

    The registration fee is NOT refundable.

Fee 費用:                               Local participants(non-student): NTD 1,000
                                               Local students: NTD 500

2-2 填寫報名表及上傳附款相關證明 

Fill in the registration form and upload your proof of payment.

請點選下方紅色Registration form連結填寫報名表(*為必填)

Please click on the "Registration form" botton and fill in your information. (* is required) 

 

報名表最後會要求您上傳付款證明學生證正反面照片(需蓋有本學年度註冊章;若無請附在學證明)

You will be required to upload the picture your proof of payment and student ID (student only) at the end of the registration form. 

STEP 2/2. Confirmation

確認款項約7~10個工作天,確認後本會將Email確認通知信,超過十個工作天仍未收到款項確認通知信,請與我們聯繫: alltntust@gmail.com.

 

We will send a confirmation email to you after we check the payment (7~10 working days). If you have not received our confirmation email after 10 working days, please email us: alltntust@gmail.com.
