1. The special Issue is ONLY for presenters who present in ALLT, send full paper and pass the full paper              review. 

     唯有至2016ALLT現場發表者才可投稿本期刊。  

 

2. Please  note  that  all  articles  published  in  this  special  issue  will  be  peer-reviewed.  In

    addition,  the peer-review process is obligatory (all the  submitters will review 1-2 manuscripts), and

    there will be no review fee. 

    論文需經由審查並修改通過後始得出版。同時，投稿者也需互相審查約兩篇論文，投稿者必須擔任

    peer-reviewer，無審查費，若無法擔任審查工作，亦無法刊登您的文章。
